Key Program Activities

1. Enrollment, Registration & Ice-Breaking

Register interested boys and men from the community.
Understand their educational backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations.
Conduct ice-breaking activities to build confidence and encourage interaction.

2. Academic Mentorship & Assessments

Connect participants with academic mentors relevant to their educational streams.
Assess their academic strengths, knowledge, and learning needs.
Develop personalized learning and career development plans.

3. Industry Gap Analysis & Career Guidance

Engage industry leaders and hiring professionals to understand current workforce requirements.
Identify gaps between participants’ existing skills and industry expectations.
